1. What forms of payment do you accept?
All Payments are made through Paypal.
PayPal supplies a secure server and handles all the customer credit information.

PayPal currently provides service to 55 countries
worldwide. If your country is not listed with PayPal, I'm sorry
but purchases cannot be made through this site. If you are listed,
please contact for shipping costs & your preferred local shipping
carrier.
Payments need to be cleared before items are shipped.
2. When will my order be shipped?
As a one person team, not all of the items featured
on the site are immediately available. Some are made to order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your item sooner,
email me at info@karaleedesigns.com to
see if the item is already in stock. I appreciate your patience
and hope it’s worth the wait.
3. What shipping method do you use?
I use USPS Priority Mail.
$.01-$25 = $4.50
$25.01-$50 = $6.50
$50.01-$100 = $8.50
$100.01& up = $10.50
*(excepting wholesale orders)
4. Do you accept returns?
I want you to be VERY happy with your purchases from
Karalee Designs. If you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange
your purchased item within 15 days of purchase date. Returns after
15 days of purchase are eligible for store credit. Email me at info@karaleedesigns.com to
notify that you are sending back the item. To exchange,
please include your item, $5.00 for postage on all continental
US returns, and what item you would like to exchange it for. Credit
is given in the manner as payment was received, upon receipt of
returned merchandise.
Returns must be well packed and insured. Sorry, Karalee Designs
is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in returned
mail. Items damaged due to our original shipping will be replaced.
Repairs will be made free of charge for 3 months after purchase
date. Custom orders are not available for return or exchange, but
are covered for free repairs 3 months after purchase date.
5. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each Karalee Designs belt buckle, necklace, ring and
brooch are neatly and safely packaged in our signature
metal tins with black crinkle paper as shown on the
right. If you would like any of the other items gift
wrapped, let me know in the comments section upon
checking out.
6. Are Gift Certificates available?
Definately. Order one here.
7. Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We love to do custom orders! Take a look
at the custom work we have done in the past. To
discuss an idea, please send me an email at info@karaleedesigns.com.
8. Do you wholesale your items?
I would love to become part of your store. If you're
interested in carrying Karalee Designs handmade products please
fill out the wholesale agreement
form and I will get back to you shortly.
9. What is your privacy policy?
At Karalee Designs, your information is your information.
I wouldn't think of giving, trading or selling it to anyone.
Jewelry Care
10. How do I care for my jewelry?
To clean all of your sterling silver jewelry,
use a liquid silver polish and a soft cloth. A polishing
cloth may also be used. When not wearing your sterling
silver Karalee Designs jewels, it's a good idea to
keep them in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing.
11. Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, each piece is individually designed and handmade
by me with the support of my Matilda.
12. Can you replicate previously sold designs?
Depends. Some of Karalee Designs pieces are one-of-a-kind
based on the availability of the beads and ornaments that I find.
